Shanghai is a cultural melting pot that sits along the East coast. It traced back to Shanghai International Settlement, when the European colonization brought up the ingredient from Occident to Orient. The exotic lifestyle was melted with Shanghainese's local interpretation. It is also a city full of contrast, where the rich would easily encounter poor, classic blends with grassroots.

In this video, Chengfan will show you two examples illustrating such contrast and the melting moment he spots in Shanghai, from the Bund to the previous French concession.
